Q. How long does it take to get my item(s)?

A. Our current production time is 10-14 days. Although most times we try to finish orders earlier sometimes we need to wait on products to arrive to us.

Q. Where do you ship?

A. Twinkle Creations currently only ships within Canada and the United States.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Unless otherwise specified on the specific product page, all order ship 10-14 days from the date that you placed your order.

Q. Why is the shipping cost so much?

A. We currently only offer shipping via Purolator and Canada Post Xpresspost. While this may not be the most inexpensive shipping option available, it offers you as the customer peace of mind by providing you both tracking and insurance included.

Q. Why doesn’t what I ordered look exactly like what I saw on your website?

A. Each item made and sold here at Twinkle Creations is hand made. While we make every attempt to make each item as close to the item shown as possible, slight variations may occur. While these variations should be imperceptible to most people, we like to think of them as our personal touch!

Q. I saw an item that I really like listed for sale on your website but now I can’t find it?

A. The items we sell are often dependent upon our suppliers for the base goods used to craft our items. If for some reason we do not have the base supplies needed or are having difficulty obtaining them, we may remove the listing from our website. Please check back later our send us a message.

Q. Can you make (insert special item or customization here)?

A. Very likely! If you see an item for sale on our website but would like additional customization and/or personalization not available here or see something online that you just lov, please do not hesitate to contact us directly or send us a Custom Order.

Q. How much will it cost to ship my order to me?

A. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and are based upon the estimated shipping weight of your order.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A.  Sorry, if we ship your item through Purolator they do not ship orders to PO Boxes.

Q. I’m local to you, do you mind if I pick up or have you drop off my items?

A. Not at all.  If choosing to pick up your items please contact me either on my facebook page or through email to set up a time and date.  If you are local and need items delivered to you please know that there is a $5 delivery fee.
